BluMoon Alaskan Malamutes - a small kennel focused on education and involvement in the sport of purebred dogs. My family
became involved with Alaskan Malamutes in 1996 and have been active in conformation, packing, mushing, and training in obedience,
and rally ever since.
Located in the Pacific Northwest near Mt. Rainier Washington, BluMoon Alaskan Malamutes has a limited breeding program focused
on continued improvement of breed type, style, structure, and temperament. We have finished multiple AKC, Canadian, International
and UKC Champion dogs, and acquired not only the AKC Canine Good Citizen titles on all our Alaskan Malamutes, but also acquired
working pack dog and team dog titles through the parent club The Alaskan Malamute Club of America. In addition we are actively
involved on the Board of Directors for Puyallup Valley Dog Fanciers, and are involved in supporting the Western Washington
Cluster Dog Shows at the Puyallup Fair Grounds.

Freddie Mercury - Achieved 3 majors, two won at Alaskan Malamute Specialties (Utah - at 6 months of age, Washington - at 10
months of age), one at an all breed show in Utah. Freddie won Best of Breed over Specials at the Gig Harbor Kennel Club Show
and the Stump Town Show in Portland Oregon at 8 and 9 months old. Freddie Finished his American Kennel Club Championship
with a 4pt major at 10 months of age at the Snow King Alaskan Malamute Fanciers Specialty on Sept. 13th, 2019! He also went
Select Dog his second day out as a special at 10 months of age!
